![]() ![]() So I came here, read up and started to look for this Nahimic service, couldnt find it but something clicked when I read their website, I recognised their sonic radar feature as I have that feature on my Asus Strix soundcard panel, so searched my C drive and indeed i have Nahimic files and dlls, so just had to work out what to disable. I think it would be better to report this issue to Asus.Įmmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D developerįinally it works!! Havnt been able to use SH3D for years now because of this bug but thought id check to see if anything changed in the latest version, but it was still bugged. Re: Totally unusable (Microsoft Store Version) Got to share a video to see because it's hard to explain just how crazy it is. It's totally mental, everything jumping all over the place. I've bought the version from Microsoft store. ![]() Totally unusable (Microsoft Store Version) This topic has been viewed 6880 times and has 7 Thread Status: Active Total posts in this thread: 8 With multiple java installed, create a start.bat file pointing at the correct java containing:Ĭ:/Program Files/java/JAVA-VERSION-WORKING/bin/java -jar C:/DIRECTORY-WITH-JAR/SweetHome3D-5.2.Sweet Home 3D Forum Category: Help Forum: 3D problems Thread: Totally unusable (Microsoft Store Version) With only 32bits java installed, double click to start Download SweetHome3D jar from sourgeforge ( ) ![]() This is another way of making it run without JNLP and java 32 bits: Either copy/mklink c:/"Program Files"/Java/JREXXX directory as C:\Program Files\Sweet Home 3D\jre8 ![]() It gets installed in c:/"Program Files"/Java/JREXXX Install a previous JRE 64 bits (For me it worked with 1.8.0 and 1.7.X). Rename the jre8 folder in installation directory (C:\Program Files\Sweet Home 3D) to jre8.bak (JRE bundled is 1.8.0_74) This is how I finally solved it using java 64 bits: Hi, I had the same problem on a windows 10 圆4 system. This is able to display the user interface of Sweet Home 3D at a twice larger size for users with HiDPI screens under Windows and Linux. The new Vswethome3d ersion 5.2, Februfixes the problem, But to make it work, I use the added Java Web Start Hi "systemverilog" works for me Your "step by step". I hope I'll find an easier way to fix this issue.Įmmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D developer Thanks ben for this very strange way to make it work. The install will clear up old and unneeded versions.Enable Java (from the Configure java app) For Java, use the "offline"installations This will fire-up JAVAĤ) leave Firefox ON, minimize window, and fireup the installed local Sweethome program. What finally worked for me was the following:ġ) Install Java 21 and Java 64 both if a 64-bit machine).ģ) use the "ONLINE". It is just download and install an app, and then download and run the Jnlp file. The Java trick worked perfectly, and I don't think it can get easier to follow, or the need to a step-by-step guide. "Someone really needs to post a clear "Step-By-Step" to install the Java JRE into Windows 10 until there's a fix." Java JRE is the fix SH3D recommends, just not enough detailed instructions for most people. My post should have said "Java JRE" not Java 32.
